Background & Experience

Queenie Wong is the cofounder and the Quality Management Representative of NAF Pharma. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Microbiology & Immunology from The University of British Columbia and her masters degree in Molecular Biology from The University of Hong Kong. Early on in her career, she worked as a research scientist under the guidance of many prominent professors across various fields in medicine, and began to grow strong interests in making scientific discoveries that could potentially improve the lives of many.

In 2004, Queenie made a significant change in her career and joined her father’s business in the field of logistics. With her knowledge and background in biomedical research, she began exploring opportunities to extend the company’s shipping services onto serving the biopharma industry as well. Since her early days in scientific research, she already understood how crucial it was for the laboratory materials she was using for her experiments to be reliable and of good quality, and that the transport and storage of these temperature-sensitive products must be seamless and risk-free. NAF Pharma was founded with the pure goal of providing qualified and validated logistics solutions for the pharmaceutical industry, since it deserves the attention and high standards that only a qualified pharma logistics company can provide.

Queenie has also obtained the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Lead Auditor Certification and is fully competent to conduct both internal and third-party Quality Management System audits.
